Mother-in-law

We got word late Saturday that MIL is in the hospital and was not doing well. She only has half of a working lung left, and the cancer is back and spread all over. We booked the first flight we could get - today at noon.

We got word Sunday night that the hospital has discharged her so she can die at home.

We'd be very grateful for any prayers or good thoughts. It's not going to be a fun or easy trip.

Mom passed away on Wednesday.

So we'll be staying an extra week and helping out with things. Her funeral is next Friday.
