Parking headache

So if our migraine system (from my other post) isn't enough of an irritation the parking office is worse. So Apollo Cat has an R parking space. He has had this space for a year at least. The parking office changed hands and inherited a mess the likes of which even Arga wouldn't be able to straighten out. We could have told them it was a mess. Apparently there was another space with the same number and they were only deducting the amount for an X pass instead of an R. The email said he had to pay a retroactive lump sum. Um how about no. "The X permit is different than the R." Yeah he knows that as he has an R that you issued him! Called one of the people on the email chain and gave the permit number. Got a call from that person's boss. Long story short no retro lump sum and they will start charging correct amount next cycle. Overall lesson: Don't mess with the cat wrangler.
