This involves a co-worker but not a sucky one so I'm putting this in here. I don't wanna be too detailed because I don't know if my co-worker reads this. Last weekend a guest managed to get herself locked out in a rather unusual way. This involved a screen door being locked from the inside sans guest. Because this has never happened before we did not know where the key was.
Naturally this upset the owner who actually swore (not in fron of the guest). This is also rare since this woman doesn't even approve of slang. Next day I end up in a conversation with the guest who had heard about my boss's rare swearing fit from my co worker.
I just believe there should be a line drawn about what you tell a guest and what you keep to yourself, this bit information not only made the guest feel even worse but puts the owner in a rather unprofessional light.
