Do you know where High Heels come from?
Horse Back Archers. They used the heels to get better footing (while riding). Nobles in Europe saw these and thought they looked cool. So for centuries after, male and female Nobles and Royalty wore heels.
Back OT: It seems that the technique is more "Make your weapon a part of your being". Very interesting technique.
I love his trick shots. Makes me want to take up archery again.
