Superb,I can give it a try. Sounded good. Spoke more to someone about the job details....then
'OK,the job as you know is based in Asia'.
No I didn't know.Doesn't mention that in the job description.... That's the sort of thing you might want to put in big black letters at the top

Sounds like one time a few years ago when I applied for a position based in Alaska (where I lived at the time) for a new phone service provider. They told me over the phone that the 'Alaska' part was a mistake and that they actually didn't provide any services or have any locations outside of the Lower 48.

When I pointed out that their own website mentioned services in Alaska in no less than five places all I got was a 'Huh, guess that explains why we've been getting calls from your area. Weird."
