My husband, I, our co-workers and the 2 supervisors at work found out today at a meeting at 1:30 p.m. that there will be big changes at work beginning January 2nd.
Big changes affecting our jobs. A different division of the company all of us work for will take over the cleaning, maintenance, and painting of the parking garages all of us work at.
We may or may not have a job beginning January 2nd. That all depends on whether or not that division hires us full-time. Interviews for those jobs begin tomorrow. There will also be 3 new job openings working in customer service.
I will be on vacation beginning this Wednesday for 3 days. So I will continue job hunting. My husband will be job hunting as well.
This does suck.
