My GM often jokes that when a man and a woman check in, it's for entirely innocent reasons. Today at our staff meeting the following happened :

GM: They (a male and a female) were just using the room to pray together.
Me: (deadpan) Yes, that's exactly why she was on her knees.

Rob and I were sitting in the Popeye's on Northhampton Blvd when we saw one of the junior officers on his sub checking in in the early afternoon with a blond who was definitely not his wife ... *snicker* No idea if he saw us, but we were in plain sight in one of the windowside tables =)

And once to get away from my parents when they came down for a t\o\r\t\u\r\e\ visit I checked into the no-tell motel that was right up next to the Amphib base [now Joint Expeditionary Base] for 2 nights. Baffled them, I stayed alone and had no visitors.

We used to have a guy who would drive up from a neighboring county once or twice a month for a bang session with someone he was clearly not married to, but he was nice and very polite, and never caused any trouble whatsoever. Pay your bill and I don't care who or how many consenting adults you're doing it with.
