  • But I swear I didn't use that much!

I'm not sure if this problem occurs with all services, but I've noticed that frequently with Cellphone customers, they always complain about charges they've been billed for and try to tell me there is "absolutely no way" they could've used all the minutes or internet or whatnot they were billed for.

Sorry folks, although our bill system does on a rare occasion mess up, for the most part, what it says is accurate and legit.

And let me tell you something you cell phone loving people, you DID USE all those minutes! If you think we are lying look at your bill, I'd be willing to bet you made every call on there and never realized you used the bloody thing so much.

And of course when I ask how often the customers check their minutes I frequently get "oh I never check my minutes". Well then no wonder you're running up so damned many!

    NO CREDIT FOR YOU!

Never can figure those folks out. Tell them it's all detailed on their bill and they say, "I never look at that." Thus the reason why they never seem to know how much their bill is or when it's due. Or, "I don't know how to send picture messages, how could I have sent 83 of them?" My memory and the account notes say that I showed you how because you desperately HAD to send your honey that picture of you in your skivvies. Yeah, you know how. And you did. And now you pay for it.

It's called pre-paid! I'd be scared of using a phone where I was billed every month. I'd probably go crazy and call everyone I knew, especially when I'm on vacation in another country, and send them all pics of me, and then check my email and download huge email attachments. Hmmm. Judging by all the posts on this subject, I'm guessing that's what most SCs do...

I actually used this phrase with my water company. With the recent water restrictions in South Florida, I used an oscillating sprinkler to take care of the back lawn. I never realized it uses much more water than the regular sprinkler system in the ground. My bill was twice the amount of the norm, and I at first said that there was absolutely no way we could have done this. Then it occured to me that yes, we did do that being we ran the sprinklers for a long time during the hours we were permitted to be watering our grass.

But, not everyone is like this, right? I think less than one per cent of us actually admit and own up to what we do.

I never check my minutes. I never check my bill, either.

But that's because I have the 2nd to lowest plan and my bill is exactly the same every single time. I never go over my minutes, and I don't do anything else with my phone but place and receive phone calls. Fancy that.

I never check my minutes because I have a gargantuan plan.
I have a buisness plan that gives me 500 daytime mins, 200 long distance mins, unlimited evenings and weekends, 50 texts, voice, caller id, call waiting for about $80 dollars a month. Sounds like lot's but I don't have a home phone which would run me at least $50 a month, plus long distance, plus my cell.

Too bad I'll have brain cancer by the time I'm 30
