  • The Land Without Refills (Yay! Pictures!)

All nine parts of a bestselling serial novel in which my partner and I go to Europe and hilarity ensues:

    Part 2: London

    Part 3: Paris

    Part 4: Paris

    Part 5: Paris

    Part 6: Paris

    Part 7: London

    Part 8: Edinburgh

    Part 9: London

Point of order: that's not Big Ben. It's actually called The Elizabeth Tower. Big Ben is the nickname of The Great Bell, the massive bell with a crack which gives it the famous flat tone.

Otherwise I loved it. Can't argue with your opinion of London's appearance, either, much as I love the place!

OMG! Those pictures are so awesome! Our dream trip is England & Scotland. Plan a trip around soccer, history and pubs. I love the pictures!!!
Coffee should be strong, black and chewy! It should strip paint and frighten small children.

Beautiful! I love the crazy buildings, I have to admit. I was there a long time ago...1982! Before all the new millennium stuff was built. But I enjoyed every minute of the trip, and I still dream about going back. Literally. I have dreams every now and then about being in the airport, rushing to make a flight to London!
