Haven't we heard this before, and FAR too often at that?

At least the female dog was arrested and charged with battery, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. I'd love to hear her explanation/rationale/excuse to the judge, who I hope throws the book at her as a warning to others that this sort of behavior is NOT acceptable...
