I hate how "good customer service" now means that store employees bent over backwards to give you everything you wanted and more. Being friendly, getting the order correct, and processing a transaction in timely manner simply isn't enough. "Good" customer service is letting you shop an hour after close, holding your hand as we guide you to each item, calling every location to track down the last of a sold-out seasonal item, and showering you with extra discounts and free stuff just because.
The bar for good customer service is super high, and the bar for bad customer service is only so low as some ketchup on a sandwich, the way your hair is parted, or your perceived tone of voice.
