So my friend found this while cleaning up and has no idea what is it, or used for.....it's not very large....and we can't find much about it. Has anyone seen this or know what it is?

It confirmed that the card itself is meant to be slotted into arcade machines (and, in some cases, New Geo units) to allow you to save your game and bring it with you between sessions. The folks in there are saying it's a Visual Novel-type game, and that the image is from the anime "AIR."
