I’m sitting in my car at an oil change joint, getting the implied service. Just a moment ago, a guy pulled in the bay to my right. Mind you, he pulled straight in, as the car occupying the bay had just left, and they were already wheeling up the tool cart to his car.
Dude: What’s your wait right now?
Tech: I’m sorry?
Dude: How long of a wait right now?
Tech: Well……seeing as you’re in the building your service will take about 15 minutes.
Seriously, you’re at the head of the line and it’s not a restaurant. How long of wait do you THINK it is?
