We are a health food shop- Ie specialising in wholefoods and a large aisle full of vitamins and herbal remedies- not a chemist, supermarket or even a newsagents.
Asking me if I'm sure 20-odd times will not change that fact. Neither will complaining about it.
While I'm at it- we are not boots, superdrug or our closest competitor. We don't have another shop in this location. Yes, I'm sure, you're talking about our competitor. We don't hold every single herbal remedy in the world. Some are illegal for sale in this country, and some we just don't have the space to stock. Yes, I am sure about that too. No, I don't know about the laws of buying it from abroad and shipping here. You're welcome to try, though.
If the chain I'm a part of doesn't stock an item, we don't stock it and it can't be ordered in as it's not on our till system. Yes, I am sure.
No, we don't sell *insert chemist drug here*. Yes, I am sure. No, I can't fill your prescription. GO TO A CHEMIST. Yes, I am sure.

Wall Drug is a store in Wall, SD made famous, more or less, in the 20's and 30's by offering free ice water and 5 cent coffee to vacationers.

We're quite small, really. We're a city here, but a small one. Most of the city is walkable to within an hour. You cna walk across the entire thing- suburbs included- in 3. I've done it.
