Hi all! I was reading around this site and I'm loving it. I read about this site in a college textbook. I immediately took interest. I work at Dunkin Donuts so I deal with some pretty stupid customers at times. Anyone else work at a Dunkin Donuts?

Wow - we did have someone ask for permission to use the site's image and name in a textbook, which I granted, but I didn't think it would be out yet.

The title of the book is...
The Thoughtful Reader 4th Edition by Mary C. Fjeldstad. It says and I quote "As workers have grown more frusrated with customers, they've begun to vent their hostility online. The customerssuck.com site gets 1200 hits a day." And from there, it explains the site and how our economy has made customers arrogant. That is soo true!Comment

Firstly, hooray for Dunkin' Donuts! And coffee! Mostly coffee...
Secondly, what class uses that book? I'm wondering if my university has similar ones.
And thirdly, one must wonder how a textbook author/publisher/editor/etc stumbled across the site and whether there will be more similar requests.
