Customer: Your company is the answer to our prayers!

    ***************************************

Customer: Are you in the 21st century or not?

    ***************************************

Customer: It is very aggravating having to push numerous buttons to turn the TV sets on and off.

    ***************************************

Customer is very upset with not getting a new digital converter. Therefore, he’s going to go leave the box out in the street to get run over.

    ***************************************

Someone else's notes, not mine: Customer called to say what a fantastic job Earl done yesterday at his home his tech. "best can do attitude", "very professional", very customer service oriental" and "a true asser".

HAHA...yes, the "typos" were written by my co-worker. Fun, huh? Anyway, just the descriptions used were what I found so amusing. BTW, I think you're a complete "asser" to this site. HAHA

And God said let there be cable!

Customer: Are you in the 21st century or not?
Well, our time machine is broken so we might be in a mix of the 18th century with a bit of 22nd century.

It is very amusing to see how lazy one can become.

Customer is going to get a visit from the authorities.

OK, I rolled laughing on this one. I hadn't thought of that, but I was surprised the guy knew what century we were in at all!

Hehehe lovely rocky horror picture show reference. xD

Anyways, the stupidity and laziness of some people really stuns me. (okay, maybe not but I still have some of my faith in humanity) You'd think they'd at least be able to find something -not- worth complaining about. Like how many buttons it takes to turn off the tv. Talk about lazy.

I would love to see the notes when the customer calls back with a bill for a destroyed cable box.

I rather like the "customer service oriental" line, myself.

Oh, and that "... and it was good" thing is a bible reference. Where do you think the Rocky crew got it in the first place? I've done that when having someone turn on the lights since I was a kid.
