We had a guest who literally looked like Barbie. Blonde hair, constantly wore pink clothing, and giggled after everything she said. After she checked out, my co-worker entered the room she was disgusted, garbage strewn all over the floor, an ice bucket used as a sick bucket, and the ironing board stained because they used it as a dining table.
So co-worker starts swamping out the room when Barbie returns they want to re-rent their room for another night. Co-worker has just finished making the bed when Barbie orders her to leave the room and come back later, her child needs a nap. Co-worker informs her that she will leave but when she gets her other rooms done, she'll need to get into the room or they will not receive service that day.
Even though this is hotel policy Barbie is not pleased and goes to complain to the manager. Barbie got so pissy and arrogant that my boss is so tired of dealing with her, he refunds her money and tells her to go elsewhere.
This angered Barbie who I'm sure thought was she was gonna get her way and get my co-worker in trouble. The last I saw of Barbie was her standing in the parking lot in full tantrum mode. As in screaming at her husband, kicking the car tires, and stomping her feet.
