Ok. As a customer you are required to do something to gain information. In the store location you either have to drive there, or you have to know what you are looking for when you call. If its the internet, you have to know the website, know what your looking for and have guide lines.
When you call an infomercial, at least with me, you have to give me a simple 5 digit code(for most stuff, you may or may not have to know how you would like to pay, and be willing to inform me of your needs or to answer a few quick questions)
WHY THE HELL IS THAT HARD TO SAY FIVE DIGITS!!! LIKE 00000. and it has to be valid.
why?
1- we have multiple offers for many products. i can tell you what the advertisement tells you with out the zip code, thats it.
2- tax. for the love of god you want to know how much you will have to pay, dont you want to know about tax. and yes i can now tell what state you are calling from by the first two digits of your zip code alone.
3- Hell just because i said so, i have the right to make sure i only give you only the correct info. from now on, i want to be able to look up info.
oh and yes if you call for something that doesnt go over the deal in detail yes, i will tell you the whole deal. so there.
