I used to work at a family amusement centre. We had mini golf, arcade games, batting cages, bumper cars, go-karts, and enough SCs to fill this entire forum. One of my more memorable nights there went like this:
We dealt with general stupidity everyday - people not being able to operate the batting cages, people disobeying the rules on the go-kart track - and that night was no different. Things didn't start to get really weird until about 11:30, an hour and half before we close. We have walkie-talkies we use to communicate between the front desk, tech guys, and go-kart operators. Somehow a group of guys managed to steal one of them and left the property with it. We started getting weird messages ranging between them asking what kind of underwear the girls were wearing and leaving details as to where they were so we could retrieve the handset. We the staff found it fairly amusing, but the management weren't too impressed because the walkie-talkies are quite expensive, so they were threatening the guys with the police etc, and eventually convinced them to come into the parking lot to return it.
While the manager was in the parking lot retrieving the walkie-talkie, a customer came running upstairs from one of the mini golf courses saying that there was going to be a huge fight downstairs. Not too long before, we had admitted a large group of people who looked like they might be a gang/on drugs, but since they hadn't caused problems yet we'd let them play. Apparently, someone from another group downstairs had pissed them off somehow and they were threatening to kill him. The two groups then came up the stairs and proceeded to have a showdown of sorts in the front lobby. We, of course, called the police, and the manager (who had returned with the radio) and one of the security guards stepped in to attempt to separate the two gangs. They managed to get the group who were attempting the killing outside, and told the other group, including the guy who'd done the pissing off, to stay inside. Of course, they didn't listen to that, and the tussle promptly began again. The police showed up and carted them all outside.
Not two minutes after the gangs had been taken away and the manager and security guard went outside to speak to the police officers, another group of younger guys walked over to the Candy Crane game and started tipping it over trying to knock candy out of it. I saw the other security guard go over and assumed he was dealing with it, but a few seconds later the guys were still knocking the game over. So I went over to them, and, since there was no management around at the time, politely said,
"What do you think you're doing?"
to which one guy replied "Getting candy" and continued to push the machine over.
The entire time this is going on, the security guard is standing right behind me, not doing a goddamn thing. I was so angry that he wasn't backing me up, and so exasperated from the whole night, so I shouted at them all,
"Get the hell out of here right now and don't ever let me see your faces in here ever again. I mean it, GET THE FUCK OUT!"

It was the only time I've ever got to swear at a customer, and MAN did it feel good!
