    Hey all.

    I've been told I haven't had enough of a ranting customer..... maybe I just forgot them :-P


    I've been reminded of one who rang in about 4:45 on Friday afternoon to our TAFE (that's a college for the non-locals), and I was on switchboard. As you can imagine at a tertiary institute, there aren't too many staff floating around at that time.

    Anyways... he goes on about he doesn't have any enrolment set up with a competitor's TAFE, because he has made a complaint at our college, and wanted to get out of the course he had enrolled in with us and be enrolled into theirs (does that make any sense). And... of couse, how could we have it any other ways... if it isn't fixed by Monday morning, he's going to the minister for education to file a complaint there (TAFE is state run). Boy - did he spit the dummy because there is no way any of what he's asked for can be done legally - let alone in the time frame he wants.

    But then.... meh - like I care.

    The only disappointing thing was he didn't swear - so we can terminate the call.

    (as against the one where customer did swear. She was fairly correct in what she wanted and was complaining about.. but.... there is a line, she was told about said line the first time when I said I'll terminate the call if she keeps swearing. "Yeah, I just f***ing bet you <click>..." hehehe)
    When I said "From my research", what I actually meant to say was "Made shit up" - from a thottbot thread
