Since I posted last I moved across the country and work for a place that doesn't really have customers! Picture a youth orginazation with a clover for the symbol. I communicate by email with volunteers, she wasn't sucky but...
1st email:
She wants to know if project X has a project book for the kids to complete.
Answer - no
2nd email:
What are the requirements to participate in fair.
Answer - I can fax, email, mail, or here's the wesite and detailed directions including the page # for the requirements for that project. Please let me know how you prefer it so I can get it to you.
She then goes above me asking the same question because I didn't seem to be able to help her with her question.
Just annoying!
