The sign on the door says it opens at 7 am.

The large clock on the wall that you can clearly see from the door says it is 6:25 am.

    The door is locked.

The lights inside the building are mostly off.

The only people inside are quite clearly cleaning and stocking.

There is a second sign on the door stating the word 'closed' in three languages.

So, why exactly did you feel the need to ask me 'hey, is this place open?'

Because none of those idiots ever thinks "closed" applies to them!!!
If you don't like my attitude, talk to the manager!!! Oh, wait, that would be me!!

Yes, I'm the manager. I'm also known as "the brick wall".

Dontcha know they're the most important people in the world? Some reason they wonder why we don't know that already.

Because you're clearly lacking the most important sign of all, "I assure you, we are CLOSED!" In giant red letters. But, I'd like to point out that even though Dante's sign said "open" he still got questions of "Hey, are you guys open?"
