SC says, with lots of hand gestures, "My kitchen is just like this display, except its about this much bigger, and my fridge sits here, then there is a counter about this big, then my stove is here, and my pantry is on the other side, and my microwave is next to it. How much would a new kitchen cost?"

This type of question no longer dumbfounds me, as I hear something similar about once a week. I usually respond something to the effect of..."Somewhere between $5,000 and $50,000.

LOL! I know what you mean... I get the same sort of thing with shipping stuff. People are clueless. Usually goes something like this:

"Hi, how much to ship a box to <insert random country or state>?"
"Do you have a postal code?"
"Um, no..."
"Well, what are the dimensions of the package?"
"...I'm not sure... its kind of medium sized...."
"How much does it weigh?"
**usually sounding flustered** "I'm gonna have to call back I guess."
