    <sneaks in the back door>

    Hello folks!
    I've been reading for rather a long time and thought it'd be more polite to introduce myself. Makes me feel less like I'm reading over someone's shoulder.

    Currently I work for a Big Blue company dealing with confedential stuff, but I've previously worked *many* other jobs including the Living Nightmare of Customer Service.

    My spelling tends to wander about randomly on it's own, but I'll try to control it. Thanks for letting me lurk!
