Why is it?

So I'm out of uniform because I'm trying to get a few odd jobs done around the store. I have my arms full of stock that I'm in the process of putting on a shelf. So how is it that a customer can walk past 2 uniformed salespeople, ignore one that attempts to serve her, and zero in on me and say... "You work here don't you? can you help me?"

What, you didn't know that you emit the Service Aura? It's like a giant neon light over your head that only other people can see, but they can see it from the front of the store.

I know this must be true because I seem to emit one in every bookstore or fabric shop I walk into.
