Customer Made Me Feel Dumb

Yesterday, a customer wanted a raincheck for meat for herself and a raincheck for an immediate relative. The customer didn't think I did the rainchecks right so I offered to redo them. I wrote 2 rainchecks for her and 1 for her relative since I learned that I was to put a certain amount of packages of meat on a raincheck and she wanted twice the amount. The customer didn't believe that I did the rainchecks right so I put what she wanted on one raincheck but didn't redo the one for her relative since that raincheck was fine.

She also wanted lottery and wanted to know if they were the winning numbers. She told me that I was supposed to say "of course" which I did.

I've only been working Lottery a couple of weeks, and only sporadically, so no ones asked me that yet. But my response will be "I'm saving the lucky numbers for me!"
