Heard this on the news regarding an irritated customer

I'm not sure where to post this, but a man was shot by a customer inside a movie theater while watching The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Apparently the man was speaking to loudly to either his son or while on his cell phone, & the customer shot him because he was too loud. The man was not seriously injured.

I'm all for teaching people that talk in the movies a lesson... but that is going just an insane bit too far.
