Hey gang.
Well, it's been all fun and games at this end...
In the last month (and, actually, it was all within 2 weeks!), one of the 2IC's decides to move out and seek a new career path, our Manager decided to resign (after accepting a position elsewhere in the company), and the other 2IC who was on secondment doesn't get her secondment extended, so she gets replaced by a person from another project. Also, our roster person decides to seek employment elsewhere as well! (of course, as well all know, management restructures don't actually have any effect - they are, basically, irrelevant to the job actually getting done!
)
But, the reason for this post is:
Said new 2IC happens to be mates with another mate of mine from a different project. He's 'put in a word', and the one person who all of us can't stand is apparently going to be removed from his position, as he is a 'trouble-maker'! (you know, just as a subtle hint, making threats towards one of your collegues - in front of about a dozen other staff... in full voice - probably isn't a good idea! But then, neither is reading off a customer's credit card details while you're on the phone with a mate a good idea either! Or falling asleep on your shift... regularly.)
So... movements all around!
But, said mate of mine did have an opinion on our new boss... quote - "He doesn't know a dildo from a snake". And people have actually said it couldn't get any worse here!
