to Tuesday.
From 4 pm to 6 pm, we are having a crew trainers meeting, as conducted by our new store manager, based on SOCs. SOCs are just sheets that we used to help train new people. We are JUST NOW hiring new people, since winter months are not ideal for hiring, so not many of us have SOCs done. The last time I actually got to do one was at the beginning of the school year when I did three of them for my friends who got jobs.
This should not be a determining factor for our progress as crew trainers. Honestly, it should be based on how well we train, how we set an example for the rest of the crew, etc.
We have never had Crew Trainer Evaluations before. The store manager who has been there only a little over a month is conducting them, possibly in front of the other crew trainers. This woman conducts interviews in the lobby of the restaurant, instead of where we usually have them, outside the door, on the tables in the gas station, where it is quieter and more private from other McWorkers. If that happens, I will be very, very angry.
The new SM has no idea about our progresses as crew trainers.
I am so nervous about it, though. The manager who made all of us, but one a crew trainer won't be there to stick up for us, since she knew all of us since our first days. She hired us. She knows us as workers better than any other person.
