So I had a great customer the other night. She took all the hangers out of her clothes and folded them with the tags in easy reach for me to scan. She unloaded her cart quickly. She put stuff back in right after I bagged it in order to give me room. She had her card in the card reader and signed right away. I don't remember if she had coupons, but if she did, it didn't matter. Our conversation:

me: You may be the most awesome customer I've had since I've been here. You must have worked in retail before.
her: No, but I've been stuck in line behind too many people who didn't know what the hell they were doing.
