  • Another encounter with Dumber

Dumber has very little to do, it seems.

Dumber has made it a life's mission to micromanage. Dumber is not, by any stretch of the imagination, a competent manager. For that matter, Dumber is not competent at anything, except being a pain in the ass, at which she could be an Olympic champion, if there were such a division.

Dumber has been rifling through the email inbox (to which several of us have access), looking for something to use against us. Today, for example. Would someone please deal with an email that was sent yesterday, because it's just oh so very important?

I dealt with the matter, and since there was no need to keep Dumber's email, I deleted it.

Well. This didn't go down well. Another little turd floated into the Inbox. How dare we delete Dumber's email UNREAD?

Okay, dumbshit, the email WAS read, and the matter WAS handled. Dumber is unable to figure out how to make sure an email was read. Dumber cannot tell, by looking at an email, whether anyone has read it. Dumber may suspect (and with justification, I must admit) that her emails aren't read by us.

Since Dumber likes to get on our asses about keeping the Inbox clear, Dumber should be able to understand (oooh! BIG word!) that I was simply keeping it clear, as per her orders. I sent an email letting her know that the email was read, the matter was handled, and hence, her message was deleted.

We need to be rid of Dumber and her ilk.

Even without eveything else, Dumber earns the name by sending an email asking why you don't read emails!
Now the trouble about trying to make yourself stupider than you really are is that you very often succeed.

Heh. You should ignore it and wait until she actually says something. "Oh, sorry, I must have missed that one!"

I haven't heard from her since she made an ass of herself over the email.

I could feel sorry for her, if she weren't so damned obnoxious. She's in a position that should never have been created in the first place, she has NO people skills, she just parrots her managers, and I think that, by now, even she must realize that none of us can stand her.

I still want her and her managers to go away, though.
