My manger is going down

Okay I try to not be a vindictive person but my resturant manger crossed a line.

My RM heard through someone (not sure who as I try not to spread things) that I had been thinking about sending a letter to head office voicing my concern over one of our new manger and he told me it was not my place, he was dealing with it and if I sent the letter he would cancel my transfer.

Rest assured my letter is still being sent however it will not be anonyms anymore and it will be bring up ALL the problems I have had with my RM including the last one (which is illegal) and if anything happens to my transfer bring on the court case.

Make sure you have a copy of your employee handbook available. If there is no employee handbook, at the very least, they need to give you a copy of whatever employee manual they have. If there is none, that's another bit of ammo for your case.
