Oh gods...please tell me this isn't happening

So, the letters to our members that my boss was giving me hell over got sent to our "branding team" for re-writing. Now, keep in mind, this branding team can neither spell nor use grammar correctly. Why they have to rewrite my stuff (rather than giving wording/branding suggestions and letting me make the changes) is beyond me.

So today, I'm going over this lady's rewrite, making corrections. At one point, she's trying to communicate that our office is here as a resource for our members, to help and inform them.

What she wrote: "[office] is here to service the [organization] members."

[Irving Patrick Freleigh]

What she wrote: "[office] is here to service the [organization] members."

And also the office employees, evidently.

Where I grew up, we called that the CVBA (Cache Valley Breeding Association).

Is this the type of service I'm thinking about?
