Our company has launched theie new website, with none of the extra features it promised minus some of the existing ones. It is also full of errors and hard to use. There is however a number to call, listed as 'having trouble, call the web team'. Our company has no web team, it goes through to us. 400-600 calls a day made by idiots who can't use a computer to opps who have never even seen the website, much less know how to use it. Any management wondered why our satisfaction and enquiry resolution scores dropped so low...
