This was about an hour ago when I had stopped in to get an orange coolatta (yummy). There's typically only one counterperson after 4 PM, since it's not that busy.
The woman in front of me ordered something like 6 coolattas and 5 iced coffees. Not so horrible in itself (likely ordering for a large group), but it was the way she did it.
Rather than saying "5 iced coffees, blah, and six coolattas, blah" (although I would have had an order that size written down and just given it to the server), she ordered each drink separately (basically, when the server finished one drink, brought it to the reg and asked if there was anything else, out with another drink order). Of course each one was completely different and she couldn't order all the coolattas together (it went coolatta, iced coffee, coolatta..ugh).
In the iced coffees, the milk didn't blend completely with the coffee...this happens sometimes when the milk is put in the cup first. She flipped and began berating the poor girl "Look at this! Why hasn't this milk mixed? Are you sure it's not spoiled?" (it's not, but you are...damn, just stick a straw in the lid and swirl it around). My DD doesn't shake the full cups to mix the coffee and milk as there have been a few mishaps that way.
Eventually, she was sent on her way after a manager intervention (I was honestly waiting for her to vigorously shake one of the full cups to "blend" it
).
