This happened yesterday.
Some information pertaining to this post....
The Parking office accepts cash, credit card payments, and debit card payments.
The phone inside the Visitor parking booth rings. I look up, & there is a car at the exit gate.
me: "Visitor parking booth. How may I help you?"
female customer: "Hi, I was wondering if you could let me out. I have a credit card, but I was not able to get cash out of my card. I do not have any money. I will pay later."
me: "I am not allowed to make that decision. You have to go to the Parking office on the third floor."
I hang up the phone. She backs up. The Parking office does not call me to let her out.
