Customer was sent a letter not to return to store for using abusive terms and brandishing a firearm. Customer returned after receiving the letter with a "hit list" of employees he was upset with. A customer who happened to be an off duty police officer shot and killed the assailant after one employee was injured. Thankfully the injured employee is in fair condition...
