Last week since my job was slow I decided to help my mom's office with their move into a new building. Lets just say I did more in a day then what mom's coworkers did in a month for the move. 
Anyway they moved into what used to be a bar and restaurant, the place has been closed for years now. I was sitting outside the new building taking a break with mom's boss when I noticed the sign for the bar and restaurant is still up, really beat up and rusty but still there.
I look over at her boss.
Squeaks: "I bet you get people thinking the bar is open again."
Mom's boss" No way, the place is repainted and looks like an office, why would people think a place closed for 10 years is open again?"
Squeaks: "The sign, I'll bet you ten bucks for every person who stops to see if the bar is open."
Mom's boss: "I really don't see that happening but sure, ten bucks."
This was last Tuesday, as of Friday I had $40 dollars in my pocket. One person came in to the reception area and asked for the to go menu. Yesterday Mom's boss called to say I win, some person got snotty with the receptionist wanting to know why they aren't a bar again.
