To anyone who has been here long enough to remember all of my and my coworkers' troubles with a certain evil bitch named Ann....

The day finally (pardon my French) fucking came.

Ann stepped down as a shift lead. She is now a nobody like everyone else. And according to a few of my former coworkers, she has eaten her humble pie, at least for now. She's been quiet and timid all week.

The end of a freaking era, right here, folks. No more terror of ANN!

I just really, truly wonder what brought this on. She was a shift lead for far, far too long, nearly 3 years, and harrassed and belittled others and threw one too many of us under the bus.

Well, Ann hasn't been my shift lead in almost a year because I transferred departments, but I have still heard the stories about her from old coworkers and I have seen her a few times. I did have to go back a few times and work over there, but she didn't bother me too much. I guess I wasn't her problem anymore.

At least she isn't in a position of power anymore, and no one will take her seriously if she starts the tattling again.

Oh trust me, I've been trying to dig, but the only people I can really talk to, I haven't been in a position where I can gossip (too many people out on break at the same time or someone is working nearby me and I don't want to make a reputation for myself of being "one of them gossip gals").

The only thing I heard was that it was announced that she "re-delegated" her position (which my former coworker told me that meant she demoted herself, she didn't actually get demoted). Said former coworker is almost certain that it was not what Ann wanted to do, more like an ultimadum, but can't prove it.
