HAHA. I know a girl who wanted a Monroe (Upper lip piercing that looks like a beauty mark) but told the piercist she wanted a Madison. (Barbell surfice piercing through the front of your neck.

Madisons are on my list of "WHY?!" piercings along with Wrists, Corsets, Vampire Bites, Napes, and anything involving the genitals really.
