I get one of the following variations:

"can I please have <brand> in the lights?" (I can't tell the difference because we changed all the labels in 2005 or so)
"Which cigarettes are the lighter ones?" (My manager helped me on this one and told me that they go from highest to lowest in terms of how much tobacco is in them)
"Can I please get a carton of <brand that we don't have>"

Thankfully cartons are rare these days.
