Rude bus woman

So, me and my fiance were on the bus to my house, and we got to a stop where there was a bus already pulled in, and people boarding the bus. The people who boarded our bus were already waiting in a queue, and got on without incident. There was nobody else in the queue, so the driver shut the doors and made to pull off. All of a sudden, this woman appeared from round the front of the other bus, and the following occurred:

Woman: OI! OI! OI! IDIOT! (she was stabbing her umbrella at the bus!)

Driver: (stopping and opening the door) Sorry, I didn't see you.

Woman: Well I was stood here, how DARE you ignore me!

Driver: I'm sorry but you weren't in the queue.

She "humphed" and sat down.

Apparently she was confused about where she was supposed to be standing--At the end of the line of people facing the actual bus door....As opposed to somewhere on the other side of the bus where there isn't a door.

And she called the busdriver idiot??
