Back to the Future (part 1) is getting a 2 special showings for the 25th anniversary of the film Oct 23 and 25th in the US.

Already bought my tickets online! I never saw the first one in theaters (I was only 3) but I did see parts 2 and 3 (I was 8 when I saw part 3. I still remember being sad and upset that they destroyed the DeLorean at the end.)

I'll have to see if I can borrow the car for the day.....

The screening was fun. The whole theater broke into a cheer a couple times, like when the DeLorean was unveiled, and when Biff crashed his car into the manure truck.

And I got a free poster!

I saw it when I was 10 with my parents. There used to be a movie theater we'd go to that had a decent 2-for special for movies. They'd show one new movie and one that had been released a few months prior.

In this case we saw Back to the Future and Gotcha!
