Ah I am sorry, did a search and didn't find it. Mods, feel free to delete the thread.

The other thread is old enough and inactive that it is now auto-closed, so I don't see a problem with leaving this.

Just a note, though, if people see duplicate threads...REPORT them!!! (...and add a link to the original, please)

How the heck are mods supposed to know about these things unless they happen to read the thread?
(Believe it or not, we do not read every thread.)
Too tired of living and too tired to end it. What a conundrum.

Some cx actually can cost you more money then make you money, because they monopolize your time every week or month, sometimes even every day, and also ask for discounts or credits.

I work at a call center and get this a lot.

Yep and if it's not some kind of discount or credit...freebies or comps from the check. When my MIL was a server for this local Italian restaurant, she and all the other staff were unfortunate to have to wait on this sucky couple who would not only find every little thing to bitch about to comp stuff off the check but also were rude, ran the staff ragged and gave crappy tips. The kicker was how the idiot new owner F thought that the sucky couple were good customers..yeah...good customer my ass. No wonder the place went down hill and closed down after V sold it to F the idiot.
