My father had to walk them through how to install it. He was trying to get them to download Skype and set that up (over the phone), meanwhile they had put in the disk that came with it and were trying to install all the crappy free programs that came with it. They'd go start downloading Skype, then get distracted by the disk popping up things about programs to install, and then stop the Skype download, and pester him with questions about "well it's FREE and it came with it, so shouldn't we use it?! I don't know about this Skype thing! I don't trust the internet!"

Dad finally told them that he thought those programs on the disk were viruses so they'd stop.

Oh, man, they are worse than my dad! (He writes out emails on paper & has his wife type them and send them).
