Someone will claim false advertising

So on the way to work this morning me and the hubby saw a sign for a family run septic business. On the sign was a fly holding a sign saying will work for food. We thought it was funny as hell. But then I told my husband I wonder if that company has ever had someone say, well your sign said will work for food and tried to give like hamburger or something. Its false advertising waaaaaaawaaaaaaaaa
