I think anyone who's getting treatment for cancer is going to look "incredibly thin and pale".
One of my co-workers has lung cancer and has been doing chemo off and on for nearly two years. He went from looking healthy to really thin and yes, pale. Chemo does that to you.
I would take anything the Enquirer publishes with less than a grain of salt.Random conversation:

So, by using the Doctor's reasoning, bow ties, fezzes and bandanas are cool.

Looked up news about Jobs on a couple of aggregators. That story didn't even show up.
No reputable doctor will diagnose from photos, or give a life expectancy based on how someone looks.
