Steal from the crooks. It is a classic. They won't report you to the police, most times. You always get the stories of the pot head calling the police because someone stole his weed.

The down side: If the crooks catch you, the penalty is usually more severe than what the courts would impose. I wonder if these guys will live long enough to see their court date.
