The responsibility bit, oh yes. I can't tell you how many times I've had SC's spout off how it's <ISP>'s problem their computer has issues with something that has nothing to do with us and that we're supposed to fix it free of charge eleventy!!!11!! and all that other crap. No. Your computer, your responsibility and if it's acting up...YOUR problem. End of story.
