Okay, so this is an older thread from that site. Issue would require OP to have a repair done which would cost more than buying a new TV, basically.
Only one person replied and he advised the OP to call the TV manufacturer and "raise hell." Yeah, good advice buddy. At least he told the OP next time he buys a TV he should invest in the service plan.
Even though it's old, it gets on my nerves when people advise others who are having issues to basically call up the vendor/provider/manufacturer and act like a total asshole.
